Finally went on a run after a long break. There's a new gravel/dirt trail that winds close to the river: kinda forgot that it had rained on Monday, but it wasn't as muddy as I had expected. Felt good to do a 4-miler again, even if I did get one hellacious blister on my right foot and my quads are sore from Monday's lifting and running up a steep incline several times.
Today's lifting day is shoulders and back, but I always put in squats too. We'll see how the legs hold out.
Not much on the weight loss front, but I can tell that something is working. My pants are a smidge bit looser than they were and last night's workout shirt fit a little better than it has been. I think I'm going to be one of those slow losers on keto instead of the "wow, I lost a billion pounds in a day!" types, and I'm okay with it. A loss is a loss, no matter the speed.
