My bone broth I made yesterday is thick as jello today. Last week was still runny enough to pour when I wanted a cup, but I'm spooning out portions for a mid-morning snack. I added some garlic to the original recipe and I think it makes a nice addition.
When I fire up the laptop next, I need to do a proper post on a new dietary experiment I'm doing. Seeing that it's working only one week in is pretty rewarding.
