And we're back in business!

I have a shiny new computer! All of my documents/pictures were able to be moved over, but of course I've lost about ten years of my favorite websites. Oh well, time to go look again!

I've decided to call today the end of my first 6-week challenge instead of tomorrow, just to give myself a day of rest before I get at it again.

All in all, I think I did pretty well. I started this weighing in the lower 240 range and ended at 237, but look at the inch loss! THAT'S why all my clothes are starting to droop on me! Lifting weights may not speed up weight loss, but I think I'm starting a recomp where I'm burning fat and building lean muscle. I have my next 6-week challenge ready to go, but I'm going to make it a separate entry.

level up challenge #1, issa is a work in progress, rpg fitness, my dad the personal trainer
