Found out that the reason that my friend wanted to go to Dallas by herself (her sister was going, so three guests would have been a crowd) didn't pan out. You know, I completely would have understood if you just went "Hey, I want to spend the weekend alone with my cousin. Let's do something else later." instead of blowing me off entirely. I kind ( Read more... )

Kai Leng! I honestly love to hate him as much as I hate to love him. It is a true love/hate thing. Totally stealing MBG for future, possibly everyday usage. Oddly enough, neither Bobby or myself has ever gotten the Garrus/Tali hook-up in any of our files because Bobby romanced her and she always dies in my files... I didn't even know about it until a friend enlightened me! But I'm glad MBG gets some love.

That last lingering look in the Kaidan romance scene lkshldgsgsssss I think I have way too many feels about that ship. Especially compared to the Garrusmance (which I won't spoiler), but I really feel like they were two completely different romances to suit my two completely different Sheps.

Not Cortez!!! He always lived in my files?! Did you not do his loyalty mission? My renegade was pretty damn harsh to him so I don't think it's paragon/renegade related.

NOOOOOOOOOO KAIDAN IS THERE!!! Plz plz plz tell me you have a save file it is so good lskdhglsgs He is standing in front of one of buildings when you first start that section (where Vega is, before you go into the building where Liara is)

The end of the game is FIERCE, I hope you enjoy! To me, that entire part set in London was delightfully gritty - you finally get back to Earth and it is a total mess.

FASSBONER. If you haven't seen them, I recommend X-Men First Class, Centurion (a bit gory), and A Bear Named Winnie - a Canadian classic! Involving WWI uniforms...

MBG needs love. He can't live off friendship alone. *snuggles*

Cortez has a loyalty mission?! THIS IS WHAT I GET FOR NOT SPENDING ENOUGH TIME IN THE HANGAR. Every time I talked to him though, it was all "Commander" or "Ready when you are, ma'am." WHERE DID I GO WRONG?

I seriously hope that I have a save file. Damn this meeting I have to get to, I need to see it! I have so many feelings for this entire series!

I love the fact that everything is dark and gritty - it makes for a shift from the (still dark) and industrialized feel spaceports/ships/etc. that you're always fighting in have.

WWI uniform...

excuse me, I think my brain just short circuited.

Hmmm... there's usually one time you go down and interrupt a big sobfest he is having and it kind of goes from there. Bobby says he thinks it starts after one of the first missions and thinking back I have to agree - my second play-though I had it all wrapped up pretty quickly because I kept going back to the Citadel all the time.

Yes you do! I think you will really enjoy what it has to offer!

I'm just going to leave this here...

That might be why I didn't trigger it. I kinda forgot about the 5th floor (5th?) for the majority of the game and started talking to Cortez really, really late on. Talking to Vega gave me a guilt trip too. "So I see you HAVEN'T forgotten where we were" I'm so sorry guys!

That's it. Next playthrough we hang out with Cortez and Vega first.

I don't have a save file, but I'm not that far into the mission, so I think I'll just restart it instead. Heck, I'd restart it even if it was at the END because I don't want to miss Kaidan/Shepard goodness. I even missed Vega, so there's a bonus (and I get to talk to Zaeed again too.)

Oh. Lookit the adorable clean-cut SMILE. The bear's got the right idea.
