Doing some skin tests on my forearm for tomorrow's walk. As of now, I'm not very happy with the scar putty (too sticky even with setting powder over it) and the liquid latex/tissue combo is going to need some foundation/concealer to match the rest of my skin. I've never used liquid latex; is it supposed to be really thin? This isn't pulling up like any of the tutorials I'm finding on youtube.
Going to have to practice some more with the bruising colors and infected veining, but I do like the patch of muscle I painted on with the bruise set and some white greasepaint:
I thought I had a glue stick here in the house, but I can't find one. There's several really good tutorials on how to hide your eyebrows using nothing but a stick of glue and some concealer (which I thought I had as well, but I guess I don't) so I'm going to have to make a trip to the store tomorrow morning. Maybe when I'm there I can check out the Halloween section and see if I can grab some blue paint that might work better for making hollow cheekbones and bags under the other eye. I also need to get something to wipe all of this stuff off when I'm finished, which I didn't think about before trying my test strips. *facepalm*
