Baby, it's cold outside.
As part of the Big Storm O'Doom, we got part of the day off today and we're going to be going into work tomorrow from 11-3.
I will more than likely be spending any time before and after work wandering around town and taking pictures.
This is a fountain outside of the city park. I tried to get into the rose garden before the park offices closed to get to another one (they had put blue coloring in the water and the other pictures people were taking of it for the newspaper looked pretty) but then I found this one.
Close-up turned into #3/365. I think I'm finding out that my style is leaning towards extreme closeups of things. I was also driving downtown and had to take a detour through one of the older graveyards (it's pieced out so that minor arterial roads can drive through to avoid hitting Main St./the highway) and I found this tree that I think is gorgeous. Somewhere along this project, I think I'm going to devote an entire week/month to nothing but cemetaries. I find them peaceful and full of beautiful statues.
