He's back! *snuggles*

I went into the pet store last week to get a new filter for the Think Tank at work since it was starting to get really grody-looking. I didn't see any filters on the shelf, so I went to ask the sales clerk if they had any in the back. Long story short, I got the worst customer service I've ever gotten. So I wrote a mean note to the corporate ( Read more... )

I love that so many people are replaying the FFs right now! This makes me all geekily happy. XD And FFX. God, I love that game so hard. It was my first FF ever, so even though it's not my favorite of the bunch -- it still brings me JOYYYY like nothing else can. Hell, I even like Tidus. ;)

And yeah, in my replay of FF7 that I'm doing, I'm level grinding like MAD. I just got to Junon -- Aeris already has all her limit breaks. Except the one I can't get yet. lol And Cloud and Tifa are up there, too. (Clearly, they are my preferred party for Disc One. After Disc One, it's a Cloud/Tifa/Vincent party. Hawt.)

I'm sorry for geeking out on your LJ!!!

My love for X is only beaten by my love for XII. (Even though early!game Tidus is starting to get on my nerves. I don't think I really start to like him until later on.) I really can't remember much of the game besides the big plot points (and tactical boss fights: ugh, I'm not looking forward to Seymour and Yunalesca), so it's almost like playing it over again for the first time.

X-2 was campy-fun, but I'm finding out that I love the fandom more than the actual game. Too many mini-games, IMO and I really didn't care for sphere break all that much.

Now if they'd only make a game with Auron and Basch (and/or Noah) then I'd be set.

(Geek away! I love it when there's people to go *squee* with around here!)

I guess what I like most about Tidus is that he kinda latches onto Yuna really early on (not in a weird, creepy way), and he's got this whole chivalry thing going on, that I like. I know some people find that annoying, but I think it's sweet as all hell. He's damn devoted to her, and to saving her, and it's just ... it's nice. Something I think the world in general could do with more of. ;) And I love the growth he goes through in the game ... he changes a LOT.

I used to be pretty down on Tidus, but I've found him to be a pretty damn good hero and character in general. :)

I'd be happy with like an Auron, Basch (and/or Noah), Vincent game. That'd be pretty badass. lol

I think the annoying part for me is the whole "I'm the best blitz player!" stuff at the beginning, but then later on he does grow on me. He does change a lot. I do like the way that he is around Yuna, and the friendship that he has with Rikku.

That'd be pretty badass.

It could be called Final Fantasy Badass, with finishing move combos that had their own cutscenes, and many a "Bitch, please" eyebrow arch and lots and lots of eye candy shots from all involved. And just because he too is of the awesome, Balthier can cameo with an "ah ha, so I have to come and save the day, do I?" plot. :)

Well, at the beginning of the game, all Tidus is is blitzball. He's clearly been living a cushy life as the Star Player of the Zanarkand Abes, and yeah, there's not much else to him. Glad that he's able to find a purpose in life though, yes, most definitely.

LOLOL FOREVER @ "Final Fantasy Badass". I would totally play that -- numerous times, even. They should have story modes for all the main characters, too. Like, you get to play through Auron's story, and then Basch's, and then Vincent's -- and Balthier shows up in all of them, of course. ;)
