Mid-week update
Not that there's much to update. I just felt like making an entry.
I've been writing thoroughly self-indulgent, completely idtastic drawerfic and enjoying every second of it. It is derivative of half the rom-coms ever made, made almost entirely out of cheese, full of scenes that don't add much to the story but do tickle my narrative kinks, and the boring in between bits that actually move the plot along are non-existent, because nobody but me will ever read this fic. (Seriously. Not even posting this under a sock. The fandom-of-one frankly makes me a bit ashamed of myself, and really, this is terrible fic ALTHOUGH ALSO GLORIOUS. ...LY BAD.)
I gotta do this more often. I lost steam on the space pilots novel (not permanently! just for a bit!), and was beginning to wonder if I would ever open Word again.
