So, it looks like there will be a bit more romance in SEN! than SE. Even though it was just a joke, I feel like this manga is going to lean in that direction. Not that it's going to have full on romance all the time, but it's going to have a lot more. There's almost none in Soul Eater. Hopefully, the love fans will get what they want.
Another thing I noticed is the fact that both Meme and Anya are very strong compared to the rest of the girls. I'm going to call it right now and say that one of them will end up in the EAT class. I'm going more towards Meme because she has displayed strength twice before, but she also has a serious memory problem. So maybe not, but maybe she'll get Tsugumi and Anya will end up with another weapon. You can't not have a partner from what I understand.
