wastin' away again in Margaritaville
So last night we had a Corona with Lime party, props to J-man on making that happen! 'Twas a good, chill time with the girls out of town so the boys came over and I watched sports with them (I know, digressing), and learned about the whole line-ups for the Yankees and Red Sox, which I DO remember today thank you very much! And nothing stupid happened except for maybe that dancing panda video which will crack me up for weeks to come...haha.
This week has been infinitely better than the last one, and now it's October which as far as I can see, is gonna rock da shit! I'm still a bit introverted because of the summer, but in between travelling this month and having friends come up, I figure that good times will be had by all. The two greatest things about this month are actually happening together...ATMOSPHERE's new album drops in 3 days!!!!!! (Not going into the hypothesis of the album) THEN later on in October, I'm driving to Chapel Hill to their show and going with my boy from UNC. We dated years ago, but he's ended up being one of my best friends for years so it's gonna be so awesome just to experience the music that is basically my life with someone who means so much to me. Plus, it's a nice break in the middle of the week and we haven't seen each other since maybe May or early June...I can't remember being this excited since summer '04. It's fucking crazy, holla!
I'm actually doing well in school for the first time, it feels pretty good when everything else goes wrong. I made a B in my video class, which is really exciting since I went in there clueless (and still am, pretty much). Plus, looks like the family shit is all gonna be straightened out, so except for my parents digging up our house, it's all good. If I don't update, everyone have a great fall break. Much love!
