(no subject)
Spent last night trying to grasp alternating knit-purl stiches in knitting, to no avail. I simply don't know what I'm doing wrong, and all the knitters are out of town now.
Help me Hannah Plum, you're my only hope!
And I'm in the process of finishing up logo work for my writers group. Unfortunately, the group is split in opinion on two logo designs. I got a somewhat snarky comment from my least liked group member and I'm seriously considering choosing against him just out of spite. It wasn't intentionally snarky, I don't think, but this guy is one of those "give me arguement or give me death!" people who constantly tries to establish himself as the alpha male among the group. Sometimes I just want to point out that I don't care if he's in his forties now, his arguementative attention-seeking attitude still makes me want to ignore him like I ignored his college-aged counterparts. And maybe give him a wedgie.
But in reality, the final decision is mine, a situation that, as a designer, I'm totally unfamiliar with. :lmao:
