I have back-ache making walking, sleeping and doing much difficult.

Backache is phoey. I'm sorry if I miss relying to posts at the minute because its more comfortable in an armchair than at the computer. Best wishes to everyone having a rough time of it in different ways right now.

Awww, I'm sorry.

I've found that eating macadamia nut butter and cooking and eating frozen green peas, helps my back feel better.

I'd enjoy either of those. I've never heard of macadamia nut butter before. I take it its like peanut butter? I wonder if its available here in the UK? You've put the idea of peas into my head now!

Have you seen the 'Charlie & Lola' children's stories? I love these & they're on google images. It wouldn't surprise me if they're on You Tube.

I Will Not Ever Never Eat a Tomato (Charlie & Lola) (Paperback)
by Lauren Child (Author, Illustrator)

Amazon.co.uk Review
Lola will not eat peas. In fact, she won't eat carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, eggs, sausages, cauliflower, cabbage or baked beans. And she will absolutely not eat a tomato. When Charlie discovers that if peas are green drops from Greenland, and that carrots are orange twigets from Jupiter, even Lola is tempted to clear her plate.

As a child, i had this odd off-on attraction to certain foods. mostly i would dislike asparagus or artichokes, but sometimes i would love them...

It's not like peanut butter.... It's a vegan source of omega 3 fatty acids i believe. I like it a bunch better than flax. If you eat fish [and thus fish oils with it], that may help your back as well.

I don't quite know why peas have helped ... maybe they just have some mineral that's lacking from my diet...
