Unfortunately no one is quite sure if we are on Earth or not, though a number of us here are from there... though not all the same version of it, it seems.

What is known is that this place is called Adstringendum.

I see. So this is caused by some sort of spacial distortion... I've experienced this before.

Mm, perhaps. This place is run by a group of spirits known as the Animus, they're not ones for showing themselves but they sometimes talk with people over the PCDs, that being the device you're using right now. They also enjoy causing a number of different... events to occur, ranging from the mundane to downright detestable.

Right now they've created a giant festival of sorts but for the last few weeks those with special abilities were rendered completely powerless and before that it rained for an entire week.

... Some of us are still dealing with the aftereffects thanks to the floods that ended up happening because of it.

If there is, no one has found one. They keep themselves hidden in the Inner City, and trying to get through there is similar to get through a minefield at times.
