dick, the movie, is good.
yesterday was awesome. im glad steph and eric came with me. thought we missed the train, but we didnt. woohoo. couldnt figure out the subway but eventually got it. got to nbc 45 minutes early and sat behind this goofy kid who stared at us a lot. we laughed a good majority of the time about it. he had the "did he just get out of a pool" hair. the show was cool - seth green, holly hunter, switchfoot and then host carson haha. seth green was cool, he talked about this movie that came out today and it looks so interesting. i want to see it, its a true story but its so bizarre. i really want to see it. holly hunter was fine, her movie also seemed interesting but not nearly as much. switchfoot was great! meant to live was played and despite it being only one song i still loved it. i love them so much. seeing them really made me happy.
after the taping ended at 6:45 we called kori and found her, hana, and laila in the line at roseland for dashboard, brand new, and mxpx. we waited in line with thema nd tried to find tickets but all of the scalpers were asking for 60 and we were only gonna pay 30 or so. but then amazingly enough the people in front of us were like "i aint mad at chew" (hahahaha) and sold it to us for 20. it was AWESOME. so we got in and brand new came on eventually then mxpx and then dashboard. all 3 were really awesome to me. i loved them all a bunch. rich and i had been arguing through this on the phone which made me upset some but since it was so cool to be there i had a good time. kori and hana got yelled at by this guy and it was pretty funny haha and the guy behind hana was SO loud which also was funny. after the show we walked to penn station to get the 11:50 train. it was so awesome and im glad it all worked out like that. stopped by duane reade and got cookies and snapple which i needed becuase i was dying of hunger and it wasnt helping my mood haha. the train was cool becuase i saw a bg man get hit by a door and a man miss his stop - which i felt awful about. it was a cool night. said bye to laila though, which was sad of course. drove home, talked to eric about the good cd on and then to steph which was good. got home and was a little upset but i knew things would work out and they have by now. talked ot my dad awhile after he yelled at me about the time and how i was sitting online but when he realized it was to rich's away message becuase we had fought he felt bad and said i could go back and do it more if i had to but i said i was fine.
dawsons creek was really good today. today i went to work at about 1 and it was so busy all day. it was good though and my mom and i talked a lot and a lot of customers we knew came in and told us a lot of stuff. it was interesting and i learned a lot about people and myself actually.
i talked to kevin and nikki today also and im getting a lot of concert tickets and pre release cds like BLEACH's and im SO excited! woohoo! kevin said he was going to festival con dios hopefully the same day as rich and i and apparently 2 other people becuase we now have 4 tickets i think. so we'll see how that all goes down.
dave stopped by here for a few minutes and that was good, i really love him a lot. then rich picked me up and we went out to dinner, it was really good just to be normal again. i loved it. then we went to look at snowboards with him and that was cool and then he took me to brundage and we went on swings and played tag. i lost. figures. haha. i was it for like 10 minutes and then he said it wasnt fun and we stopped hahahaha. that made me laugh. then on our way to brittany's he got pulled over and that was bad and so we skipped britt's becuase we werent really in the mood and he had to be home by 10 anyways. so he dropped me off and now im here and hes asleep. it was a good night though besides the ticket thing. i hope that works out without his dad going crazy, even though i know he will. we'll see.
