Lucky Me
I didnt think today was going to get much better. I was walking home after class and ran into my friend Tim. We chatted for a bit, and as usual, I ended up going back to his apartment to goof off the afternoon. I ended up watching Full House and it was the episode where Kareem Abdul Jabar teaches Uncle Jesse how to play basketball. Uncle Jesse never gets good, but everyone congratulates him for having the courage to try. The best part: Benson was home and we spooned. Today was a rainy, mucky day and so we grabbed a big fuzzy blanket and spooned on the couch while watching ABC family. Tim then proceeded to make dinner and ice cream sundaes and we watched Twister for the 90th time. It was a pretty glorious afternoon.
I wish everyone I loved were near me right now so I could give them a hug. If you live far away, which most of you do, just know I'm thinking of you.
