(no subject)
I desperately, desperately need to go grocery shopping. I have for over a week, but I've just been too busy/tired. But! I made it through the first week of school, and even though all my classes are early, I got to them on time. I'll take accomplishments where I can get them!
A lot of my classes are focusing, or at least mentioning heavily that we should be working on our portfolios and artifacts, and keep giving us interview tips and potential questions. OMG, it's giving me an ulcer, I swear. Actually, I'm less worried about potential interviews then I am about resumes and portfolios. Hopefully during student teaching we will get some help on this. It's obviously something I don't want to wait till the last minute for, but it's also something that I don't feel ready to tackle by myself at the moment.
Anyway, Pre-clinical Seminar 1 tomorrow. We're supposed to have some stuff printed out (they just e-mailed us today with this info), but the school website is down, so we can't access the pre-c handbooks to print the stuff. Makes total sense.
Ordered books yesterday morning between classes, they shipped last night, and arrived today. Go Chegg. How rare is it to see a company handle anything expediently these days?
Joel is gone right now to pick up Dar's remains, my books and packages from the apartment office, and some dinner. I think I'm just going to relax tonight since he's got to work a double. Tomorrow will be cleaning and grocery shopping, then I'll have all weekend to do some homework. I think I have a great idea for my Lit. artifact project that I'm going to hammer out this weekend too. See me not procrastinating? Take note.
