Finially got news.
I waited all morning and most of the afternoon before I got a call from Carlos' sergon. So, they ended up doing a triple bypass instead of a double. Also, his mitral valve was leaking, so they did some mesh/graft repair thing for that as well. When they started his heart back up, it was a little sluggish and his bp was low, they they put in an aortic balloon pump to help support his heart during the recovery. He's in ICU right now, and they are weaning him off the surgery meds. They plan on taking his breathing tube out tomorrow morning, so hopefully I will hear more tomorrow afternoon.
