why it is so easy to sit there and just do nothing? i read that one article saying that some people are procrastinating and postponing everything, not because they are lazy but because they try to sabotage themselves because they lack confidence..so they tell themselves 'ok, later' to in the end be able to excuse themselves with 'i didn't have enough time'
