so it's 5:23 in the morning and i woke up and can't get back to sleep! this is like a once in a lifetime thing! gah, maybe it's cuz i went to bed at 9 last night. man, this working on homework as soon as i get home thing has got to stop. i always wake up too early! lol, i'm just kidding. well, i have a feeling this is going to be a great day! you might wonder why..... well, i have no idea! but i really hope and pray it is a good day! b/c that would just be great! "Good days are great! and bad days are just bad!" excuse my quote from miss becca piedra... so yesterday we were driving in broken bow cuz i was taking tama home and this bus passed by us and some kid threw sumthin out the window at my car! it scared me half to death and i still don't know what it was! yea, i was driving home and i was in the turn lane to turn onto the publix road and somebody honked at me saying hay and i didn't catch who it was but i'm pretty sure it was mallory cuz it was a red jeep wrangler.... man, i miss mallory a lot. yesterday i read every single email i've ever gotten from tama, man, it took a long time but it's amazing to see the way God blesses me in so many ways. soo... i'm almost done reading john, i'll be done tomorrow b/c today i'm reading in joshua. yea, but i love it! it's so diff from all the other gospels! i guess b/c it emphasizes the fact that if you believe in him you will have eternal life.
here's something Jesus said that really made me think...
"Father, bring glory to your name."- john 12:28a
shouldn't that be our prayer everyday? i mean shouldn't we want everything we do to bring glory to God. We should model our lives after Jesus Christ and that's how he lived his life- all for the glory of God.
this was God's response to this...
THen a voice spoke from heaven, saying. "I have already brought it glory and I will do it again." -John 12:28b
well it's my dad's birthday! he's 43! well, i gotta go get ready for school!
