Interesting beginning. I'm fascinated to see where this goes. I'm not squeamish about Carlisle/Bella, but it is odd. However, I think I've read just about every ship there is EXCEPT for real people fics..so..bring it on. :D

Will there be more of the intimacy between Carlisle and Bella though? If not, that moment seems a bit out of nowhere. I don't really have any problem with strange pairings providing they seem to make some form of sense, or are explained in some way. If Bella and Carlisle just suddenly kiss for no apparent reason, then I begin to wonder what sort of liberty Carlisle is taking with his other patients. LOL

What I meant is, there will be no sex. Kissing, and expression of love, but nothing beyond that. Sorry if you misunderstood me.
