Day three of my hopeless fight with an impending aging.
Current age -25 and 10 months
3 days ago (to be exact) I have discovered tiny frown lines on my forehead. With closer inspection, more became uncovered in the "smile" area.
First impulse - Oh. Crap. Crap. Shit. No. fucking. way
So, my thoughts: my dad started turning gray in his late teens. Ok, at least, I don't think I have grays yet. Good news number one
Bad news - those suckers under my eyes and on my forehead are the dreaded fine lines, or the pre-wrinkles.
Bye-bye the looks of the teens.. if at the University Im currently attending no one knows my real age until I say so, it seems that by the graduation I will actually start looking my age. How frustrating.. how scary.. I waited for so long to be looking "my age". I hopelessly dreamed of that when I wanted to date guys a bit older than me in high school... But they always thought that I was younger.. too much younger, and now, just when I started loving my younger looks, they will be gone.
Careful with what you wish for,right?

Hello under eye creams (olay age defying to be exact) and neutrogena serum. I'm still sunproofing (as always due to photodermatosis) , doing daily facial cleaning with Clean and clear advantage and Neutrogena naturals gel (rotating).

Plan for the future - solution
1. Get more sleep by any means necessary (I guess, 5 hrs/day isn't a such a good idea after all)
2. Lay off heavy foods, no more eating past 7 pm
3. Honey, try to lay off on coffee.. from a liter to at least 500 ml a day won't kill me, will it?
4. more vegetables. I know, I already eat like a cow, nevertheless, EAT MORE DAMN VEGETABLES (that includes carrots)
5. More sex. Obviously
6. don't forget your vitamins, because pt 1-4 will be ignored during the final exams
7. Use creams on schedule, not once "when I remember"
8. go back to yoga and running.
9. Need to lose 5 lbs in 2 months and keep them off. (10 lbs ideally in 4 months)
10. Forget about thanksgiving food! eat a salad instead.
