was fast food
when my life
was marijuana
when my life
was buying gasoline
when my life
was upsidedown
rightside out
twisted around

there was a time
when boys mingled
one into another
and another
and another
and they lost signifigance

there was a time
when i lit myself
on fire
when i cried
drunk on the
on a beautiful
balcony and people watching me
said "shes alright"
because i also
put the
fire out

there was a time
when i ran away
when i couldnt be
what i am today

dont you see
that you
have made
all the
difference?

that today i am someone, heading somewhere
and there was a time
when i was no one, headed no where
the gallows, of my own creation
