Job stuff...blah
I had my first interview a few days ago. It was for a cashier's job at Lowes. I was there for nearly 2 hours taking tests and such. Talked to the guy for like five or ten minutes and he says well we have to run a background check then we'll consider calling you back to continue the interviewing process. For crying out loud!! Who thought it'd take so much to get a job at Lowes?
Other than that not a whole lot has been going on. They opened a Walmart at the bottom of the hill I live on so now I can basically walk there. At least maybe it'll take care of some of the crowding at the other Walmart.
Been reading The Prophecy of the Stones or something like that. It's okay. More of a kid's fantasy tale than I had expected but not bad. Not sure what I'll pick up next. Guess it depends on the job situation.
