I have happened to meet over my life several celebrities and I have to say that Mary is definitely one of the nicest person I have ever met. I have met people who are down right bitchy with their fans (allow me not to mention who they are) and I have been quite hurt by some supposedly nice people who stop smiling as soon as the camera has stop shooting or who put a show only when the press is present. So maybe it is customer service, but she does make the effort to make every fan feel special when they meet her and I applaud her for that and she is not a hypocrite about it
