i'm home right now - two days before i was expecting to be - because my flight today was cancelled and crew sked called me too late to tell me that so instead they sent me home.
thanks for the free weekend in winnipeg, work!
and now i'm on-call for the next two days and winning whichever way it ends up working out.
which is a nice balance from the haircut fiasco i got myself into last week that prompted me to go home and bleach my hair out, then dye it red, and then (a few days later) get eyelash extensions on a whim.
i'm so excited to be home and have the windows open. this is the luxury i miss most when hanging out in my hometown in the winter.
i never miss the feeling of dying when i'm outside for more than five seconds in victoria however.
today i learned that "taking charge of your fertility" is maybe not a book to read when seated in a middle seat on the plane between two old men. especially not diagram-filled chapter two at least.
i got back into doing kenkens before bed and it's feeling like that's what i should be doing now.
