I would leave everything to Grace, assuming I predecease her, with three exceptions.
A small silver plane and my property in Lowell, both of which would go to Aaron Austen. If I don't happen to own the property in Lowell during the year of my death, he still gets the plane. I always have the plane.
My notebooks, which I'd give to the Gotham City Public Library. If Gotham City doesn't exist where/when I die, then they to go to Grace.
I trust Grace to disperse my property in a way that would at least amuse me, if not actually help people. Mostly amuse me.
