Of Blonds and Not-Blonds
So I've got Jackie set up with a LJ account now. Should be fun to play with. I'm going to start working on the second comic now, I guess. I'm going to post them as soon as I finish them on her account, and basically get a good stock of archives now, before I lose my artistic commitment to the idea. *nods* Besides. Jackie's just too darn cute. I might do some doodles and post them on her journal as well, rather than on mine.
Whoever thought using a MTF as a vehicle for my art would get me so jazzed up again? *laughs*
So I think I understand what's going on with my financial aid situation now? I think I end up with $2000 surplus this semester? And like 500 surplus in spring. Which is confusing, and not at ALL how their payments balance thing shows stuff. *baffled* I have no idea how I'm supposed to look at it, but apparently, I was looking at it quite wrong. *frowns* Stupid CSUS, fucking with my head. So I had a nice little panic over that before I figured it out.
I already know what classes I'm taking this Spring. I NEED them to not conflict. This time, if Honors gets in the way, I'll have no option but to politely refuse. *frowns* Not exactly what I was hoping for, but I really can not afford to just fuck around here. >_> I just realized I've only got four semesters left of financial aid, so I'm being somewhat rash and panicy with my decisions.
I'm getting my hair colored tomorrow. <3<3 Red bangs and much red underneath so that when I wear a ponytail you see the bottom half as red. It'll be very punk rock.
Vannessa(the manager ala Michael's) told me I remind her of her daughter. It was odd...I didn't know what to say. Just like when people say I'm smart. My modesty always confuses me with that. I know I'm smart, but er, I don't know how to come off as anything other than haughty or self-deprecating. Blah.
I also figured out that after this semester, I only have seven more actual computer science classes to take. One of them is senior seminar. The whole I'm almost done with college thing keeps being brought to my attention. I'm not freaking out quite yet, but it is somewhat alarming.
