(no subject)
Okay, it's been too long once again. It's just not something I automatically think of doing anymore.(updating Lj)
Life's good to mike and I right now. Mikey is working-full time. At Toyota. He both loves and hates it. I'm learning more then I ever have about cars. He's always dressed so yummy too. It's havoc on my system :p which btw will NOT stop ticking. Like crazy. Damn you internal clock!
Works been so great. Last week was my best week ever. Ever! I did a little happy dance when I figured it all out. We have stuff to pay off now that both of us are bringing in pay checks. Hopefully it can be done quickly. I hate being in red. Even when it's not at all horrible. Just enough to keep me on my toes. And hoping mikey won't up and quit his job because I'd feel a bit like we were up shit creek.(I don't really think he would- at least till he found a new job)
We went to Golden BC for the long weekend. 4ish hour drive, met my sister in law and her new husband not quite halfway. His dad and Donna joined too! We had a great little loft apartment that was right on the ski hill, had fun watching downhill biking and such. Ate huge amounts of food. Too much. Like we always do with family around. We did some holding (I just drove the golfcart and drank and took almost 500 photos that I still need to look through and post) but what an amazing course! We also did some light 4X4 in dyons truck. I sat light because miles poor dad was broken from a side by side accident a few days before. We drove up mount 7 which was so cool. We got to watch someone jump off and ride the wind down. Which is about 15 minutes to get down. It's scary but a beautiful view. He gave us a little lesson even.
Works been quieter this week. Hence the post, I'm under the dryer waiting for my. Colour to process. Get me blond again lol. Hopefully I have time for a haircut too. It needs it even worse then the colour, but it's easier to fit a cut in then my colour because I have to be high maintenance and process for 45 minutes(that's what you get for using high lift)
I'm driving a lot more. Mikes been trusting me with driving him to work and keeping it at work. Doing a lot with my days off too, I find I'm a he'll of a lot more productive then I used too. Even in little things. I like clean houses, I'm just so damn lazy!
Sometimes I still get nervous when I'm behind the wheel, but not bad for only driving since April if I do say so myself. I need to do some more long distance driving now that I can drive alone, Leanna's in nanimo so I can visit her more easily. And my Neen will be back in Edmonton in a few days- so I could even get there more easily. So I need to get on that.
Colours almost done so off I go
