Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz is bummed 2 Chainz didn’t cook for him
2 Chainz loves to cook, and Fall Out Boy love 2 Chainz, but did those things crossover at all when they collaborated on “My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up)?”
Unfortunately for Pete Wentz, no.
“Dude, I wish. Yo, I wish,” said Wentz when we asked if 2 Chainz cooked for him. “When we went out to dinner with him he ordered stuff that I didn’t think he was going to,” added Wentz. “It was a kale salad and salmon, and I was like, ‘wow, that’s cool, he’s got healthy choices…’ it was interesting, and then two months later a cookbook came out and I was like, ‘oh that makes sense. He knows a lot about food.’”
He does know a lot about food, so much in fact that he published a hilarious cookbook when his newest album B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time was released this summer. Like Wentz told us, it’s filled with pretty healthy recipes-2 Chainz doesn’t eat beef or pork and is a known salad connoisseur.
