I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed!! I'm thinking an error on the writer's part? Maybe? It just doesn't seem like something Patrick would do.

I know that Brendon Urie said the same thing and he was smoking on stage the last time I saw him. I see the misquote now which is good.
