Mod has a question

When tumblrs were all original content posting everything was the obvious choice, but now there are a lot of reblogs that have nothing to do with anything even slightly related to here beyond the person reblogging the post. So I've been thinking about filtering which ones actually get posted here. If Joe reblogs something about his guitar (something he has done), that would still get posted if reblogs get filtered because it's relevant to ICH. If someone reblogs a cactus, that would not get reposted here. Opinions?
