It's from Wolf Guy: Ookami no Monshou (Wolfen Crest). I can sum it up as: WEREWOLVES. EXTREEEEEEEME JUVENILE DELINQUENCY. EXPLICIT SEXUAL CONTENT. ALL OF THE VIOLENCE. A SCHOOL SHOOTING. A LESS THAN STRONG FEMALE PROTAGONIST.

It requires a strong constitution to read, is all I'm saying, which is sorta why I was surprised some part of it ended up on Tumblr without context.
