warm up with 5 min airdyne
then:
3x5 wall squats
3x20 air squats
3x5 goblet squats @16k
then:
3x10 back squat @135#
then:
60 sec all out airdyne
60 sec active rest
10 rounds >20 cal per 60 sec all out
then:
5 min cool down on airdyne

2x5 tuck jumps
then:
DL strength ladder

then:
50 cal on airdyne AFAP
then:
5 min cool down on airdyne

notes:
keeping it a bit lighter for my upcoming month of brutality
