50g oatmeal(210 cal, 3.5g fat, 37g carbs w/6g fiber, 7g protein), 1 cup vanilla rice milk(130 cal, 2.5g fat, 26g carbs, 1g protein), 1/2 cup sliced almonds(130 calories, 14g fat, 6g Protein), 1 tbsp udo’s oil(120 cal, 14g fat) 1 tbsp maple syrup(50 calories, 3g Carbs), raisins and half a coconut milk raspberry yogurt(75 cal, 6g fat, 24g carb, 1g protein)
hammer almond raisin bar(220 cal, 9g fat, 25g carbs w/4g fiber, 10g protein), 1 glass choc silk(90 cal, 1.5g fat, 15g carbs, 3g protein)
1/2 vegan half chicken(360 cal, 10g fat, 6g carbs w/3g fiber, 16g protein), handful spinach, 1/2 handful sliced almonds
1 cup chocolate silk, 1 scoop whole foods soy protein, 1 tbsp PB, 1tbsp udo’s oil, 2 sprays bragg’s.
less than half a medium popcorn at inception. great movie.
