1. Prepare your base
2. Duplicate your base and put the layer on screen 23% opacity (depends of your base)
3. Layer > Adjustment layer > Hue/Saturation> master to +18%
4. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color
REDS: -100, +27, +70, +23
YELLOWS: +100, +21, -100, +3
CYANS: +100, +100, +100, +100
WHITES: -100, +28, -28, -32
NEUTRALS: 0, 0, -10, +2
5. Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color > #050A1C. Set layer to Exclusion 100%
6. Duplicate the Exclusion layer
7. Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Nivels
RGB: 23, 0.90,235
