Goodbye Sunset Beach and Hello Singapore!
Hi peeps! I heard some bad news today while I was doing my weekend TV surfing.
Aaron Spelling Dies at 83
I was like whoa! This is the guy who produced some of the shows that I watched before cable came here in the Philippines. To name some, Charlie's Angels, The Love Boat, Hart to Hart, Fantasy Island, Beverly Hills 90210 (where my former crush Dean Cain made an apperance), Melrose Place Charmed and my most favorite, Sunset Beach (where Eddie Cibrian became also my crush) *sighs*
Now for the good news.................................
I was watching Scary Movie 4 with Rhea when suddenly I blurted out "I'm going to Singapore with yah, sis!" Yup, the company approved almost all of my leaves since I'm the one who filed them first since last March. It seems that I don't have to pass my resignation letter then. Kinda pissed though since they want me to come back on July 14 since I have CSAT quick hit training. Like, duh?! My original return flight is on July 16 noh?! Are they going to pay the airline change fee, possible fare diff and airline handling fee?! I don't think so. That's why I filed a schedule change form already with my sup. No way am I gonna come back on Friday! So, all I need to worry about are pasalubong for my team mates and sup. I'm so happy! I'm going to Singapura, baby! Our hotel reservation is okay. We were supposed to book at YWCA Fort Canning Lodge however they are fully booked already. We settled for Hotel 81 Bencoolen. Cheaper yet no breakfast included. My sis and I will manage to survive for as long as may mga groceries and 7-11 dun. Still haven't planned our itinerary though. ;p
