Hours of Stargate watched - ummm about 8 (?), Hair washed - 3 times, Trashed talked about undergraduates - whoa baby (we were having a fest in the dungeon), Number of band-aids applied - 7, Amount of blood lost - enough to have been able to run a lipid test, Flights of stairs plummeted down - 1.2.
Today was not the best of days. I woke up late, but in time to take a very quick (and very cold, though it was hot at the end) shower and make it to my tri-monthly checkup. Upon leaving the doctor, however, I fell down a flight of stairs.
I was wondering when it would happen, as I do it at least once a year. And it is now a tradition of Hargis/Crawford women to do so while at this university. I sustained the following:
- minor lacerations to my left forearm and hand and right hand;
- a not so minor laceration to the back of my head (not enough for stitches, and no concussion either);
- bruises on my back;
- a low grade sprain on my left wrist.
Joy to the world, all the boys and girls.

Iceani
Quote for contemplation:
"Ahh the PhD... the degree where you learn more and more about less and less until you know everything about absolutely nothing."
