Okay, so not really "of DOOM", lol. But it is an OTP meme. Yoinked it from ladyshiin.

"One True Pairing" Ship: Kenshin/Kaoru - I was smitten with the idea of the two of them together from the time I first got into the series. After doing some independent research of my own at that time, I found out they did end up getting together in the manga, though not really in the anime. Of course, Episode 95 kind of hints at it...and watching Samurai X: Reflection clinched it for me. [I don't care what everyone else says, Reflection is not an abomination, in my personal opinion of course.]
"One True Threesome" Ship: Tomoe-Kenshin/Battousai-Kaoru. It's a canon-threesome as it is. Plus, it's so much fun to think about all of the plots possible with said threesome! =)
"Canon" Ship: Kenshin/Kaoru, hands down.
"Not quite canon but should be" ship: Aoshi/Misao - she's only obsessed with the man through the entire Kyoto arc and beyond.
"If this happens I'll stab my eyes out with a spork" Ship: Kaoru/Kenji, Enishi/Tomoe - just...no.
"You are one sick bastard" Ship: Kaoru/Enishi - It lives, but it shouldn't...
"I'm one sick bastard" Ship: Kaoru/Saitoh - As ladyshiin and quoth_the_ravyn have said, this just doesn't happen.
"I dabble a little" Ship: Sano/Sayo - They're really cute together.
"It's like a car crash" Ship: Sano/Kaoru - He acts like he could be her brother. It just seems too weird to me.
"Tickles my fancy but not sold quite yet" Ship: Soujiro/Misao - I think they'd make a good couple, but you'd have to have an extremely plausible reason to get Misao off her "Aoshi-sama" kick.
"Makes no canon sense but why the hell not" Ship: Sano/Shura. God knows how it would happen, but I still think it would work, somehow.
"Everyone else loves it but I just don't feel it" Ship: Kaoru/Enishi, Kaoru/Soujiro - I understand Kaoru/Enishi to some extent, but I just can't support it. But the second one totally has me lost. I just don't see it. Blah to both.
"When all is said and done" Ship: Kenshin/Kaoru, without a doubt.
"Guilty Pleasure" Ship: Don't really have one of these.
"I can't believe I read it and liked it" Ship: Sano/Tomoe - It was an AU, and I thought it was a cute pairing. Plus, kudos to the author for keeping them in character. =) Too bad, though; they deleted the fic. T-T
Favorite "Older/Younger" Ship: Kenshin/Kaoru - I've never really been against pairings like this, as long as said pairings work, and this one just works so well. As an added bonus for me, they have the same age difference in the series as when my parents were married! =) Can we say, coincidence?
"My first I could never abandon you" Ship: Back to the Stone Age - Usagi/Mamoru. Gotta love those Sailor Moon fairy tale romance elements!
