[At this point, it sometimes seems as if Hitsugaya is in the wastes more than he's in the city. Yet again, the PCD has caught him out and about, but the focus is not on him. It's been snowing the last few days. Fur blankets may very well be necessary to survival depending on the weather. [Even he gets cold in a month-long blizzard.]
