date of the up variety

For once in a very very very long time, I actually feel like putting real content here. Wow. Maybs it's just because something exciting happened. Community John visited, and we had a grand time driving all around Cleveland (well, really, just up and down Mayfield for the most part) blasting horrible rap and techno music. My apologies - if you saw a red Ford SUV driving around playing atrocious music, it's all his fault.

Speaking of music, here's my chance to plug one of my favorite websites. If you don't already have a last.fm account, you should get one and add me as a friend. Fo' sho'.

So, there's like, what? 3 and 1/2 weeks of school left? Something ridiculous like that. While I'm extreeeemely excited to go home, I'm worried. None of my summer plans are in order, and I'm worried that the summer is going to be over before I even decide what I want to do. I'm looking to take a class or two at WCC (nothing difficult, just interesting), I desperately need some sort of a job, and there's so many places I want to go/people I want to see. Right now, Cape Cod (
shoorihoshi  and
dammit_drew ), NYC (
snowth ), Connecticut (Eric), and Canada are all on the list.

I don't know if I've learned much this school year...I mean, I learned "yo quiero chingarte", "to smash", "off in the cut", and the like, but engineering? Not so much. I'm not sure if that's what I want to do with my life any more. I like destroying things...a lot, and I like building things a bit, but so far, engineering....isn't that. It's theory. YUCK. I hate physics. I'm thinking of doing computer science as a major, but even that is unsure. I don't want to work behind a computer for the rest of my life, but I like programming and I think it could be useful no matter what I decide to do later. I'm taking Hebrew next year, which is super exciting. There's so many electives that I'd rather take over the core courses....why am I required to choose a field? Ugh.

Enough for now.
