For those who may be interested in the new Hallows Eve headless horseman event(that is supposedly a daily quest O_o)

So far thats all thats dropped. he drops a broom everytime you kill him $$ 14 day duration on it when you use it =( He's a fairly easy lootboss who is located and summoned via a quest on the inside of the SM GY instance and now for the money shot!
