Quick spark of inspiration, had to write it down.
'Did you hear what i said?'
Said the man with the broken mind
'Im waiting for the train to take me away'
As he rose from the bench he stumbled
but i caught him, he said
'Thankyou stranger, but i must go
It's time for me to leave this world
The train came nearer and as he jumped,
I realised this man had nothing
No hope, no fear, no love but here
He was falling down, and i should have caught him
As i woke from my bed
I could finally see
I knew this man, this man was me
I had to change to stop that train
I had to break his fall not his mind
And in the future, love i will find.
