(no subject)
Had another Rheumatology appointment yesterday but much like the last visit, it was a waste of time since nothing has changed. I really like the guy but I have no idea why he asked to see me since he already knew what the Cadiologist and Opthamologist had said.
He listened to my heart since I’d had a random sharp pain earlier in the day but all seemed fine. (Still need my Jan. 6th EKG to know for sure) and then felt around my knee because I told him it had been collapsing more than usual lately and a few days ago I couldn’t even lift my leg and got stuck sitting on the end of my bed for a bit.
He said the knee felt stable.
I showed him the bruises from it NOT being stable.
He said there’s nothing else he can do for me though, so I don’t need to go back. He diagnosed me with Fibro but said eat well and exercise, they don’t do anything for it. He did ask that I let him know how the Marfan’s diagnoses goes. I told him my Doctor never made the appointment for the genetic testing and seemed to be rolling his eyes about the whole thing but I’m supposed to make an appointment with him to ask about it again.
