Update: Car Troubles
Okay, so an update on my last "I Effed Up Help Me Cas" post:
- I charged up my spare, old car battery, with the correct polarization this time.
- Car is still dead.
- Found the Battery Fuse to be blown (see img below.)
- Ordered a new fuse online, plus a pair of windshield wipers (because $9.99 shipping vs free shipping over $25 and a discount code of 10% off my purchase? why not.)
- Received package in mail today.
- Installed fuse. Hooked up spare battery.
Good news, car is good to go. I also have my order of a new car battery waiting for pick-up at the store. Because I really had $150 to spare at this time /sarcasm.
Let this be a lesson, future Samantha. Always triple-check that the nodes are properly hooked up. It'll save you a whole lot of trouble. And time.
