inb4 shameless promotion of livejournal by offering people free month of paid account for getting everyone else back on lj again. I wonder who in their marketing department came up with this brilliant idea.

(but honestly, i'm kind of glad to see an effort getting more people back on LJ again; on the other hand, the fact that LJ needed to try and get more users again makes it kind of sad. is this place really so empty compared to its glory years?)
