Speechless! This whole chapter gave me chills. I can't believe it's really over. This is without a doubt the best fic I have ever read and if I didn't love Kevin/Max before, I sure as hell do now :D

I almost want to cry because it's over, but I know you'll write more of this pairing, right? :D

Ryan and the threesome joke was hilarious!! :D

I absolutely adored this part: “But he’s here,” Maxim whimpers. “Kevin…”

“Yeah,” Kevin kisses him gently, “but so am I.”

I LOVE how Chase finally gets his ass kicked and how Ryan and Alex join in on it without even knowing who he is. He deserves to suffer so much for what he did to Maxim. But you know, I think Max can finally let it go. He has Kevin. He has Ryan and Alex. He has the team. And he finally believes in himself again. Such a beautiful work you've done here. Just too many feelings for this whole story. Thank you for writing it <3

And the last line just sums up everything so beautifully:
They are the two perfect, fragile pieces of this unbreakable whole.

It was so obvious that you loved writing this one (such beautiful poetic emotions and angst and drama). This fic is better than any hockey romance book I've read (and definitely steamier). You should really find a way to turn this one in to a novel or a series because it would be AWESOME!! :D How could I not read the whole thing? You had me hooked by the first chapter (no pun intended) :D

Awww :) I'm so glad! That's super awesome to hear :D I really, really would like to! I just have to write the synopsis and a coverletter before I can send it into places - and figure out how to hide hte fact that it used to be about the canucks LOL :D and then to decide if i'd put my name on it D: THE DECISIONS! but it'd be so cool :D

You definitely should DO it!! Maybe you could start with a synopsis for each chapter and then add or subtract from there? I'm not really sure what to put in a cover letter, but I'm sure you can figure something out.

That'll be interesting how to hide the fact that it used to be about the Canucks. And I know you want to keep the name Max. I don't know if it might work to use middle names of the guys? That part might take a little brain storming.

You should totally put your name on it!! Or you could use this super cool pseudonym if you wanted to. Or initials or something like that. Wow, there are a lot of decisions and a lot of possibilities, but you should totally do it!!!! :D

I know! It's so hard! I can't change vancouver, because it's so grounded there, but i gotta change hte team name and almost all of the guys' names! So far, i think i'd give alex a different french name - like Xavier :D beacuse how cute is Xav as a nicknameeeee <3

I hate that! You know you've done the hardest part already, but you just get stuck on something that should be easy compared to what you've already done, but it's just not happening. I know it's frustrating! <3

Right, definitely can't change Vancouver. One of the book series I've been reading has a team called the Seattle Chinooks. You could call them the Nooks, instead of the Nucks! And changing all of the guys' names, that'll be challenging for sure. Oooh, I love Xavier for Alex. <3 Xav would be an awesome nickname for him.

Oh yeah, I didn't think about that part....ooops!! Yeah, we don't want you to have to that conversation with your mom!! Maybe use a nickname that your friends call you that your mom doesn't really know? I don't know if that would work. Interesting dilemma. Or you could try to make up an anagram of your whole name or something... I'll keep thinking about it :)

I know...It would be funny if it wasn't so frustrating for you. I mean, you can crank out 160 pages, and it's 2 that's giving you the problem :) Like those math word problems that I never understand because I try to make it too complicated, when it really should be easy!! I know you can do it though! :)

I'm sorry you're still stuck on what name to use. I can totally understand it though! Yeah, you've put your heart and soul in to this fic, and it definitely IS yours and everyone should know it, but I completely see your dilemma! I really do hope you can come up with a solution that will make you happy and work for you too :D

Maybe it's knowing that it "should" be easy that's making it not easy... if that makes any sense? And I'm sure changing the names and details is kind of overwhelming when you start to think about it all. I'll keep thinking on that. I still think Seattle might work for a location, because it's still northwest, and a hockey team would totally fit there... but that's just me. You might have something totally different in mind :) YEAH, me neither!! Hated those things!!

Oh, I don't think they would, really! I think since most of the readers write RPF too, they would totally understand and wouldn't do that. But I understand how you feel! It would be weird for them if they found out, but you know, if they google themselves, who knows what they find? So they may already know about it. Yeah, I know what you mean. The fact that you are writing about REAL people is kind of scary sometimes :) But I think you would be fine with it.

I hate that it's such a dilemma for you!! You really should use your name, but I understand your hesitation, I really do. It's like you share this stuff with people, but it's in the safety of LJ, and this is like, really putting it out there. Absolutely! It's like thinking "oh, i SHOULD be able to do this, SO easily," and then I start to think about it and it feels so daunting, but I still think it's supposed to be easy! Ugh.
I'm hoping to stick with Vancouver :) too many canadian jokes to change the country ahhaha :D I'm thinking, maybe I'll make up a new league, and all new cities that have teams. And maybe I wont' specify their city? Just say "west coast canada"? AUGH the technicalities! I think my biggest stumbling block is their names :P i've only renamed alex so far, and max doesn't have a name change.

Ah i hope they would keep quiet about it! That's another super problem :P because there are just soooo many people that read this stuff, and so few that I actually know I could trust D: but hopefully it would work out, somehow! maybe no one would come across it as both a fic and a book :D

A hockey related tattooo would be so cool :D I reallyreally wanted my captain's C, but my mom pointed out that people would think it was a person's name! Unless i got it right where it is on my jersey, but like, i so don't want a tattoo that visible!
Omg though, there's this tumblr I saw that' tattoo critique - people send this chick pics of their tattoos, and she criticises them, basically. I don't know how then can stand it! Her being all "oh you SHOULD have done blahblahblah" when it's pernament already! haha

I'm sure!! There are so many things to think about it, I bet it's kind of overwhelming!! I really do hope you can stick with Vancouver. Yeah definitely, we don't want to lose the Canadian jokes, and I know you don't want to move it to Winnipeg or Edmonton!! A new league would be exciting, with new cities and new teams! That would be a fun challenge I'm sure :) Or you could say Western Canada maybe? There really is a lot to think about. The names will definitely be a challenge. Maybe you can use their first name but change their last name or use their middle name. Wow, that is hard!! :)

I'm sure most people probably would. Right! There are a ton of people who read this stuff (but you've always got that out, that this is a work of fiction and any resemblance to real people or places is purely coincidental). So that could work :)

A tattoo of the captain's C would be cool, but I don't blame you for not wanting a tattoo that's so visible. And really only people that know you really well would know what it means too.

Wow, why would you want to send your tattoo to someone to criticize, especially after you already got it!? It would be different if you were getting suggestions beforehand, but to criticize after the fact is just mean! Some people must have too much time on their hands, right? lol!!

I don't think she's ever happy hahhaa. and she's just not into word tattoos - someone go ta quote from a book, and she said, why not get a picture tha trepresents the theme instead? NOOOO! She doesn't understand the attachment some people have to words, I guess. Not a writing person :D

I agree, words are very powerful too, and mean more to some people than pictures ever could! Words can evoke so many memories and emotions and stuff that pictures just can't. You're right, she's obviously NOT a writing person. Her loss, right?? :D

I know! I would MUCH rather have words as a tattoo than a picture. Plus, the handwriting!!!
