I'm the worst sort of LJer these weeks. I hardly get to see my RL friends, so this is admittedly not my top priority right now.
But I have news!
Managed to screw up deadline stuff due to holidays but managed to pull through with some generously applied grovelling.
Upside to this: Holiday. Long weekend. I actually get to SLEEP IN OMG! well, except for family visits but what can you do
Also? I have next week off from uni. I'm going to visit a friend in Barcelona for a couple of days. The words OMGOMGAYYYYYY! come to mind
I have the next week off. I'll be writing a paper for most of it. The word DOOM comes to mind.
I have red nail varnish. It's actually too loud for my shockingly white hands right now, but I firmly believe Barcelona won't let me down on the tanning front. Totally ready to be all vampish.
Did I mention BARCELONA?
I've been watching The Office in little installments over the past weeks and Dwight K Schrute SLAYS ME! The other day, "We didn't start the fire" came on the radio and I just about fell off my chair, giggling to myself. This show makes my workday so much funnier.
We have a freaky new coworker with the non-existentest sense of humour I have ever come across. I'm so completely creeped out, I can't even tell you.

There was the most awesome thunderstorm right now. I was standing under the shed with my parents and we had punch and watched clouds collapse into themselves.
