"...there's so much more to say - but i'm silent for now - i'm lost deep in the emotion - that hit me just like an ocean - it seemed so refreshing once ,but it's not, for now - because the marching bands will roll - i find my city in my soul - because i plan on growing old on the avenue - my best friends house lies beneath the teardrops god has bequeathed to add to the pool of rage that is full for now - i never thought i would see in my lifetime my memory - but fate has a way to show who's the boss for now - because the marching bands will roll - i find my city in my soul - because i plan on growing old on the avenue - and the parades will ride again - i will see my family and my friends - because this cannot be the end of the avenue - it's so hard to take this hurt and hide it on a shelf - it's just cuz i never want to be from somewhere else - deep in my darkest hour standing alone in the shower i let my emotions go for now - because the marching bands will roll - i find my city in my soul - because i plan on growing old on the avenue - and the parades will ride again - i will see my family and my friends - because this cannot be the end of the avenue -and yes the marching bands will roll - i find my city in my soul - because there's nowhere else to go, but the avenue - on the avenue, on the avenue..."
Spring Break starts after 2 classes and in roughly 22 hours! i can't wait!!!! all i need to do is survive my terrorism exam, someone critiquing my rough draft of a paper, and a guest speaker. not too shabby at all! my youth, culture, and crime class is cancelled so i just have terrorism 1130-1245ish and then diversity in the us from 6-8ish, which just sounds wonderful! i have nothing to do between classes besides stop and see my favorite joelseph. i might have some homework due for the week after spring break, but i refuse to worry about any of it until at least monday. i think i deserve at least a weekend of nothing. oh and ARMOR FOR SLEEP, BOYS NIGHT OUT, ACTION REACTION, and CHIDOS is on sunday, i am super geeked!
the only definite plans i have for now are being lazy, videogames, and the concert.
i do have some plans up in the air though.
* date with emily (possibly after watching scrawny people play soccer)
