monday night thoughts
Staying the extra day at ISU this weekend kinda fucked me over because I obviously got no work done there. Worth it though; it was awesome seeing people again, wouldn't change a thing. I did however spend today doing almost nothing but work, which i'm proud of myself for, btw. I've found that music is my number one distraction.. i can't study with any substantial music going. The way that i learned to actively listen to music.. it just distracts me way too much. Gettin out of my room I spent like 4 hours in the commons today, reading and talkin to ppl. Then I grabbed a coffe n walked back to my room, finished my book and caught the tail of the game. Go Bears!
I've been talkin w/ some of my friends about livin arrangements for next year. Not really feeling the dorms too much. They're kinda cool, but for what i'm payin here, could probably find a decent apartment around somewhere w/ a few roommates. That or we might go so SSV and get a room designated as the party room some kinda way. I dunno, so many possibilities. Fun stuff.
