These are becoming few and far between...
So I utterly failed on my promise of an update three weeks ago. Oops.
Anyway, I'm here now, more or less out of sheer boredom at the moment. I've been...content, overall. There have been the usual ups and downs of life, but who doesn't have that?
Today I went to the Getty Museum with Jewjew, Sara V., Mandy and Allison. This, this was a place of beauty. I absolutely loved it there and I sincerely want to go back so I can just lay on the grass in the garden area and just take it all in. Maybe I'll head up there one day by myself. Bring a notebook with me or something and just relax, think, reflect on my surroundings.
Last night I got to go to the CSI: NY mid-season party, and it was awesome. I brought Jewjew and Sally along as my guests. Gary Sinese has a band apparently (appropriately titled the Lt. Dan Band) and he is actually pretty good on guitar. I was impressed. It was a lot of fun, I hope I get to go to some other things like that before I have to head home.
Speaking of home, I'm aiming to be back in NY by December 15th if at all possible. I at least want to make it to Ithaca by then to see everyone before finals week starts and before they all head home for break (and in the case of Ally, I want to see her before she comes out here for the spring semester).
Yeah, I suppose that's all for now. Not a lot has been going on in the life of Scott, hence the lack of updates. I miss everyone from home, a lot more than I expected.
